"All measurements down"

Before this program, my weight has gone up and down since my kids were born. Fluctuating as high as 100#. Started at 130# and came into WF at 263# 10 yrs ago was 240 and went down to 150 in food addicts anonymous only to gain it all back and then some. Meetings 3x a week, sponsor and at least 3 outreach calls a week. Restricted food wise like Wild fit but heavy dairy and fruit every day. Those two items in WF made a difference. Plus, the alkalizers were a plus. We owned a full line health food store so we know what/how to eat, but the dialogue and they way this slowly stepped into the program were key. 3 months and almost all measurements down 2" and down 30# now 232# it's end of July. And our family reunion is next week. My husband joined me on the journey. He didn't do measures or pictures and started after me and still lost 30#. We travel to the West Coast every fall in an RV and will jump back in spring on our way out, as that's how we started this past spring coming home. Actually works well and will try to make this a regular part of our lifestyle
