"After the quest I sleep better, have more stable mood and energy during the day"

Being a health professional it does not look good to be overweight. I didn’t feel well either: tired all the time and constant heel pain which didn’t vanish with therapies and different shoes. During the Corona crisis we had to shut down work and I was so stressed that I didn’t sleep anymore. I felt motivated to work on myself during that time. My wife wanted me to take the conscious parenting class but I told her that I need wildfit more urgently. I especially liked the format as a quest that is revealed on a week to week basis. To my shame it wasn’t new information that I learnt but I never put it into practice so I really liked the little distinctions pointed out by Eric or on the coaching calls and within the FB community. So after the quest I sleep better, have more stable mood and energy during the day. I lost 2 clothing sizes and got rid of 15kg. I get feedback that I look younger and my skin is healthier. My wife commented that she has a new husband now.
