"I lost 27 lbs, 4 inches off my waist and hips"

Before this program, I felt I was just getting through each day. I was in a separation and didn’t feel like myself anymore. Because of this program and my ability to stick with it, I felt like I was melting away, and I felt like me again - it gave me a boost to my confidence I didn’t realize I wanted, and I look and feel so much better. I lost 27 lbs, 4 inches off my waist and hips and I feel excited about my next adventure! Following the program felt natural, sticking to it was easy as I was never hungry, and I got back to cooking fresh food. Thanks to Eric and team and to Mindvalley,
