Even when I thought I slept well, I was sleepy all day, every day. I thought it was only about the amount of sleep, but it wasn’t.
Finally, I decided to join the quest and start making my sleep a priority. Now I feel pretty much energetic during the day, and I feel I sleep so good. Also now I understand how everything we do affects our sleep, and how our sleep affects everything we do.
