The Quest for Personal Mastery

"This quest has really changed my mindset, the way I evaluate and approach things happening around me"

I've entered the quest during probably one of the difficult periods in my life, where I was very close to a nervous breakdown. This quest has really changed my mindset, the way I evaluate and approach things happening around me, and indeed allowed me to live a fuller life, appreciating what I have, family, friends, wonderful colleagues, whom I can always rely on and who can always rely on me. If something earlier could blow my mind, now I take a deep breath, and try to apply all the relevant techniques from the quest and respond in a most constructive way. All of the advices are very valuable and powerful, but the key ones for me are: - to be a Daruma Doll; - to think as a Civil Engineer any time an obstacle arises; - to accept things as they are and not label them as good or bad; - and to be a Cathedral builder...

I am still striving with mental chatter and practicing mindfulness, but I am sure this is a journey and the journey has just started, I keep going back to some lessons to listen again and to deeper understand, but I am very happy that had a chance to take this quest and to know such an incredible person as Mr. Rao Srikumar.
