"It did bring massive positive change in me and I like to keep it that way"

I never understood, why I started this program. Maybe I was destined to learn something needed in my life, to shape my future direction.
It definitely turns out to be one.
Before doing this program, I was confused, desperate, and restless in many aspects of my life.
The program did infuse new thinking processes in me.
It did hit me hard when Dr.Rao asked on to ponder what kind of life I want.
When I tried doing that exercise, I realized, I never thought about that question. I still have those hazy visions scattered in all directions of life, but not exactly what I want from life.
The other thing that hit me so hard, was a particular Question from Dr. Rao "How much you can berate yourself".
I did promise myself not to do certain things but broke more often than I lost count.
Of course, your mind plays a vital role in giving you all kinds of excuses to carry on with your regular life. But that particular word "BERATE" kind of pierced my brain.
It did bring massive positive change in me and I like to keep it that way. It is this one aspect that I felt the program was indeed an intention from ever loving benevolent universe which loved me and wanted me to push forward.
There are many aspects, which I didn't recall now. But All I can say is. I am repeating the program again.
thank you Dr.Rao for bringing a positive impact on my life.
