The Quest for Personal Mastery

“Thank you Dr Rao for your empowering wisdom”

Whilst on the quest, there has been ups, downs in challenging myself, there were moments when I felt beaten up when trying to break old habits, I wanted to hide at some point but I picked myself up because of the loving support from this beautiful tribe.
I am so happy with me inside and out. I am continuing to create me and being myself in a world that is constantly trying to control and prevent us from being who we truly are. There are far too many people who undervalue what they are and over value what they are not, probably just to find happiness! I choose to be happy no matter what the situation. No one is me or you and that is my or your superpower.
I have learned not to limit the challenges but to challenge the limits, as well as to be thankful for every challenge because it builds strength, it builds character and it makes you discover things you discover things about yourself that you never really knew.
My confidence has grown in showing love without a condition, communicating without bad intention, give without any reason to do so and ultimately caring for people without any expectation. The future is unwritten, I have the opportunity to create it.
Thank you all so much. Thank you Dr Rao for your empowering wisdom
