"I want to find the tools to examine my life"

I am not good at describing myself so I will use some of the tips here provided. 
The reason why I enrolled in this quest is to improve my self I read that the unexamined life is not worth living. I want to find the tools to examine my life and to improve the aspects that I think it will be to my benefit to work on and try to improve.
