"Really enjoying my Yoga journey"

What is this Yoga stuff? It's so powerful.
Just done my meditation and yoga session and the benefit to my mind and body I can not explain. Just peaceful happiness. Why did I not find this years ago.[...] I really get how as you get better you can easily find yourself on the mat for an hour a day.
Really enjoying my Yoga journey.
Also, Thanks to Mindvalley Zenward and Marisa I am going to be training as an RTT Therapist next year!
