I’m so grateful for this program, it came at the perfect time for me when none of the exercise I was doing felt right — and was certainly nothing I looked forward to! Making yoga a daily discipline is of course so much more than just exercise so I feel I’m improving myself on so many levels. I now make the time to start my day with yoga and meditation and that way I find it’s pretty hard for the rest of my day’s challenges to derail me.”
