The Mindvalley Yoga Quest

“I am actually in love with this program”

I know this course is challenging for many and it’s challenging for me too and I’m an athlete.
Keep the faith, what you’re really doing more than anything is developing awareness of your mind, body, spirit, and emotions. You have to have this awareness if you want to live your dreams. If your awareness tells you that your body can’t get into certain poses, that is the best thing you can learn for yourself. If your spirit tells you, you want to quit because you can’t get into certain poses, don’t quit. Overcome with your higher self and believe that someday you will get there.
Again it’s not about whether it’s a beginner or an advanced class, it’s about becoming aware of your strengths and weaknesses mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally. Once you become aware of them you can fix them. Stay on the bunny slope when there are positions you cannot do, but dream of getting on the black diamond slopes. It’s still all beneficial to your development.
Either way doesn’t give up, dream the impossible dream, fight the unbeatable foe, bear with Unbearable sorrow, and run where the brave dare not go…
This is not a paid commercial I’m actually totally in love with this program.

Cheers,
