“This really took my energy levels to the next level”

I was in the middle of my studies, my master when I was doing the M word. In the beginning of my final master project, which I started in June last year, I had a hard time staying awake. It was quite an exhausting period.
Once I started with the M word, I set my alarm about 30 minutes earlier, so I could meditate every morning. This really took my energy levels to the next level. Also seeing that I could do the practice on my own was very fulfilling. The step by step approach to master the different parts of the meditation and build up the meditation in a slow manner was a great approach.
The funny thing is that most people when they hear about meditation, they think they cannot do it because they have to sit quietly for a long time. With the M word, your thoughts are part of the meditation and they are not seen as a good or bad thing - they are just present - and you include everything that is happening around you in your meditation.
