“The quality of my sleep overall is better”

I found myself waking up more easily in the mornings. I am eating better, my health seems pretty decent. I am able to remain in the moment and focus on the task at hand with work situations... The quality of my sleep overall is better. I'm falling asleep a little easier than in the past.
The mantra "Don't let perfection be the enemy of good" has been a HUGE game changer in actually committing to doing this practice. Yeah, so sometimes I meditate at 2 o'clock in the morning, and that's not ideal, but I do it...
I actually haven't missed my 2 meditations a day since I began 5 months ago BECAUSE of that mantra, and despite it sometimes not being the "ideal" time/circumstance, etc...and I'm proud of that commitment to my self-care.
