"The M-Word Quest has been a great help for me"

The M-Word Quest has been a great help for me during this Covid 19 period! 
Living with my husband who is still recovering from a nose cancer (surgery, chemo + rays) , and my 82 years old father who had a stroke in January would have been much more difficult! 

Emily's step by step method is amazing, and I enjoy doing this 20 minutes M-Word by myself since day 20 already! I can really feel how much stronger I've become, joy came back, energy and hope! Being grateful and sending love every day to the world makes me full of happiness, empathy, love divine connection!! 
Even the connection with my horse has become more solid and confident! 

Finally, I enjoyed many free masterclasses on Mindvalley, I am thankful for having met them and their beautiful values to teach everybody how to improve oneself and helping the planet to go better. I fully agree with these values and will help passing them around me, and going on learning more especially with Mindvalley's super programs§ Bravo to all of you !!
