"Since I've begun meditating my sense of confidence has improved but by no means"

Before taking this course (The M Word) I had a feeling of disconnection and at the same time not knowing what I was disconnected from. At times I felt a lack of confidence and the more I focused on the things that I lacked confidence about, the worse things seemed to get.
Since I've begun meditating my sense of confidence has improved but by no means is where I want or need it to be. My feeling of disconnection has improved tremendously and from time to time I can get a good focus on my meditation. I need a lot or work but I'm confident this program will help.
