"My meditation is so much more meaningful"

I’ve been “meditating” for at least 3 years: ten minutes of guided mindfulness every weekday as part of my (very rushed) routine to get ready for work. The sheer discipline of it just compounded anxiety and stress. Thanks to the M-Word technique, my meditation is so much more meaningful. Things come up and are released in effortless silence. The process is so soothing that my morning meditation now enjoys priority ... effortlessly. I am deeply grateful to Emily Fletcher and Mindvalley for showing me how to let go and yet remain anchored.
