I knew it was time to make a change, to better myself, inside and out- recently I have been starting to have near panic/anxiety attacks, my sleep patterns were horrendous and I was always tired and I was becoming moody(definitely no me) I threw it to the universe for help and on the 1 year anniversary of my father's passing- mind valley popped up in my email and it seemed like that light bulb moment. So here we go- I'm so excited
