I have completed a meditation course with Emily Fletcher and am observing some small shifts in my life. I am aware however that I need to practice more and I believe energy medicine is the key. I also believe in quantum energies (I think somehow everything is connected and to some point the same, just different techniques and terminology) and I use ‘two-point’ method sometimes and have achieved amazing results in some cases, but still not in major parts in my life that I wish to change.
