"I am taking this course to strengthen and deepen my meditation practice"
I learned how to meditate when I was about 16 years old...TM. I have meditated off and on ever since. I have had many mystical, enlightening and psychic experiences when practicing regularly. I actually credit meditation with saving my life. I wish that everyone could experience the states of consciousness I have experienced at least once in their life...it changes a person forever. I wanted to understand more about what I was experiencing, so I became a Yoga Instructor, trained by Swami Vishnudevananda. I taught Yoga for about 18 years. I am taking this course to strengthen and deepen my meditation practice. Even though I've read about and studied meditation all my life, I know that I can always learn more; and I can be inspired by other's teachings. I am looking forward to the journey.
