"Emily makes sure that we are gently exposed to all important parts of the M Word Technique"

Hello, my friend.
I call you a friend because I know what kind of people we encounter in this community on our journey to a better self.
The M Word program was proposed to me twice, and at first sight it looked like one on feminism and motherhood which I didn’t feel like doing at that moment.
That M stands for meditation doesn’t even cross my mind!
Previously I used meditation as a tool even before but not that I looked forward to doing it every single morning (like I do now).
A variety of meditations provided daily by Mindvalley app are great as well (I used them to build my habit). However, I do not like to be depending on other people and their preferences every single day, that’s why building a technique of your own is a must for anyone who wants to really take care of their mental health.

Emily makes sure that we are gently exposed to all important parts of the M Word Technique while we’re building our own muscles. Her explanations on how every-day life challenges can be met through a prism of meditation provide you with a mixture of trustworthiness and confidence which constantly fuels your own belief system.
As a result, you become freer and more independent in your own meditation practice, and the part on Effortless Silence is just a blessing you need to seize a day.

In short, I am calm and content. Dear life, I am ready.
