Before this program, I tried to meditate, hoping it will help me with confidence, taking risks, reducing unnecessary fear, being more positive but especially being present and mindful. I imagined that at 50 I would have my life sorted, yet I feel angry, sad, unsatisfied but I have a lot to be grateful for. I just want to feel my life has been purposeful.
