Thanks to The Longevity Blueprint Quest, I now have progressive movements that I can do to work my way up to doing full-body strengthening exercises.
Though I am just finishing week 1, I can see that this program is exactly what I needed at this time. I can't wait to delve deeper into learning and applying Ben's 'biohacks.' His approach to health, fitness, longevity and beauty is above and beyond anything else I've been able to find. With the Longevity Blueprint Quest, I believe I'll have the tools that I need to put forth the effort needed to improve my physical condition in the most efficient and effective way.
