So going into this quest I trained about 25-30 hours a week including 8 hours in the gym always thinking that more was better. Though I enjoy training it also became sort of prison for me, I was limited by the need to go to the gym regularly etc. My desire to break free from that while maintaining my fitness level was my reason for joining this quest.
