Before the quest, I was less aware of my overall health with respect to Immunity. I am very "health and fitness" oriented, but this quest definitely made me reassess and improve my "awareness".
Thanks to the program I am now regularly doing the 5 by 5 breathing technique, which really helps to check in with myself throughout the day, oxygenate the brain, and it certainly makes me feel much better, more present, and calm.
The other key nuggets: hydration, sleep, nutrition, removing stresses and toxic environments, movement and exercise, have all been reassessed and now i am in a much better place.
I feel stronger and more confident, that my body is healthier to fight infections. I will continue to apply these teachings and look forward to seeing my immune functions and levels improve.
