I watched all of his masterclasses, talked, IG before I enrolled 7 days giving up sugar and then the immunity blueprint. He totally shifted the way I considered my health not accepting mediocrity to sometimes get sick, to sometimes get unhealthy food or news.
He also reminded me to celebrate what I’ve done was remarkable for my well-being such as deep breathing, lots of water, movement and sunlight.
Suddenly, I feel so grateful to be born and raised in high mountainous areas where I got the freedom to play all day on rice terraces and mountains. I also got to drink natural water that directly comes out of spring and waterfall.
Now, I can always find new ways to move my body even though living in a metropolis city like going up and down a staircase or choose to park at the farthest corner so I have more chance to walk.
It’s never been so enjoyable to please my itch to move .
He also taught the technique to engage in activities with emotion like for me I usually cycle when I’m on vacation so when I’m back to working life, I ride a bicycle to work and feel like I’m on vacation. Isn’t it fascinating?
Everything becomes my decisions, my choices that I own the power.
