I have been in peak form in the past playing football and training in the gym. Over the last decade, after graduating college and going to university, I stopped virtually all activities and began gaining a lot of weight.
When I was playing football, I weighed 200lbs 6 feet 4 inches. Couples years after that, I peaked at 300lbs. I then realized that I needed to turn my life around. I started studying wellness, fitness and nutrition to turn the tables.
In these years, I also discovered Mindvalley (2016-2017) but was only doing free Masterclasses.
Last year, when I saw the All Access Membership, I jumped on the train right away(I was in the first 3000 members) and have completed several quests since then.
I’ve always been a sports person and I am an athlete at heart.
Today, I weigh 265lbs and losing weight every day! My target is 220.
I have been doing intermittent fasting for a month now and I watch a lot of Ronan’s training videos. I have been wanting to start 10x for a while now and still want to. It really clicked for me when I watched the Holobody intensive seminar last weekend. I think it is game-changing.
The seminar mainly helped me reconcile with my body and emphasize the importance of gut health.
