I finished WildFit in March and still working towards my goal of lowering my total fat percentage.
During Holobody, Vishen walked us through steps to program our minds to do what we ask of it. I told my body that every time I sleep, my fat (specifically on the bell) will shrink and incorporate into the muscles I am building.
And 7 days later, my belly fat became noticeably smaller. I released about 2 cm. I
LOVE all the knowledge I learned from Holobody! I am so excited to start becoming a coach soon.
