I now want to re-start a yoga practice and start 10X again. I hope it is still in my program.
I struggle with the idea of aging (I am 83, pretty fit, and retired) and again realized that I love my body and am lucky to be able to dance and walk my dog and do whatever I want to do.
I also will re-watch the Silva method, which I did with Mindvalley and also did it in New York City in the '70's.
Silva and est changed my life and I've lost a bit of the spark of life since my husband died and I spent the past 15 months alone in my house during the pandemic.
I will focus on getting it back through caring for and exercising my body again.
