"I felt much more calm about my decisions, and I felt calm within myself"
Before this 7-Day Sacred States Challenge, I had just been through a rough time at my workplace. Already after the first live session about "Knowingness," listening and reflecting on the insights shared by Vishen, I felt much more calm about my decisions, and I felt calm within myself as I was able to connect to myself and my values. The reason I joined the challenge was my curiosity about the 7 states. I was hoping this would help me to close out this year and prepare my mindset, energies, and projects for 2026. And it absolutely did; my goals are much more clear and aligned with my inner self. The biggest impact on me came from the state of faith, and even more so with the state of receiving. Respect yourself, trust, receive — these are the words influencing me the most after this quest. The biggest positive change I’ve already noticed is that I am less triggered by problems and respond with more confidence.
