I've completed the Seven Sacred States Challenge (to be Unfuckwithable) and it was beyond my expectations! Not only do I feel more stable and grounded after years of struggling with anxiety and uncertainty, but it expanded my view of myself, my goals, and what is possible for my life. I think this course literally changed my brain chemistry!
