“I found my knowingness—clarity about who I am beyond roles—and now I have a clear blueprint for a future that starts with honoring myself”

Just completed the 7 Sacred states Challenge.
I have been following you (not literally or on social media cuz I don’t dig that stuff) through your e-mails etc. for about ten years. I love the consistancy of your messaging, stuff that may not land today, may tomorrow. I find that fascinating, I get that it comes to you when you are ready, I get the teachings evolve, I get we evolve but just a simple tweak or a reread can activate something that never had been in another or previous exposure. It’s the journey that I am so grateful to you for experiencing, all starting with ‘the code of the extraordinary mind’. One of my favorite messages that you always start with is absorb what is useful, discard what you don’t need and add your unique style. It opens up a no pressure avenue!
The layout of one hour a day for 7 days even right before Christmas worked well, allowing me to be very present for each day’s lesson. You talk very quickly which can be tricky when taking notes, but the messages land because of the energy you put in, the momentum felt. That said, at 62 I’m grateful to call back to old fashioned short hand skills, so I do get most of it down.
Recently, I have been helping out a friend that is very unwell. It was just then that the 7 sacred state challenge email came in. Feeling quite beat up and down from being a caregiving friend, I signed up. Seriously, this challenge starts with ‘knowingness’! After the first class my approach to helping this friend changed through understanding and knowing how to bring only the best version of myself to the table with clear boundaries and an understanding of MY knowingness. This state has always been the hardest for me to define, to know what it is to be me authentically, outside of the labels, mom, sister, daughter, friend, or partner (serious people pleaser-childhood shit, won’t go there now) Knowingness resonated so deeply that each other state flowed, landed heavily, honestly and easily. I feel as if I have a new clear blueprint of what and how I want my future to look, which includes first pleasing myself. I have my alter in place, I’ve got my very abbreviated version of each sacred state pinned up on my board, and man, I’m about to be one badass grandmother.
I love your story telling, the authenticity to your manner, your willingness to not give a shit and your clear power of being unfuckablewith.
Vishen, I so look forward to your new book.
 Good Luck!
My very best,
 Gayle
