I was pleasantly surprised by the immediate impact of the calls. I liked the invitation and encouragement of showing up live in the call, with no possibility to view later. I noticed it shifted my awareness and really wanting to show up as part of my self care. The calls relaxed me and at the same time excited me and gave me the impulse of taking (small) actions. The stories Vishen shared were spot on, and made it easier for me to follow and truly understand the meaning of all 7 phases. I'm excited to continue!
