I‘ve always been struggling with the odd meditation practices, everybody heard of. I was exhausted after my morning routines. Focusing on my breath and my signals were exhausting. I couldn’t let daily-life go. I was tied to ropes. 

After completing my first Masterclass and my first quest, my empathy level was increasing. My concentration and organization levels were increasing. 
I felt a deeper connection to myself and other people. This type of meditation practice is the most powerful way to deal with life. Not just with the practice. It gives you so much more than just focusing can do.
