Before this program, I am reactive and vulnerable to situations: argument, blame, mistakes...thanks to six phase transcendent practice. I come to control my mind, my day, and my life. I am less reactive to situations. I am now emotionally stronger and wiser. I come to understand more about myself and the world around me. I am improving a lot.
