"The exercise is so powerful and transforming"

I am beginning to gain balance and focus as I practice the 6 phase meditation. In the beginning I faced a lot of distractions and sometimes will fall asleep, but slowly I am able to be present and conscious throughout the process. In some phases, I can clearly visualize what I want to achieve. The exercise is so powerful and transforming. Right now I don't want to stop. I feel guilty each time I fail to practice.
