Before this program I wasn’t focused on forgiveness, or using meditation in this way.
I enrolled in this program out of curiosity. 
I recommend this course because it allows you to tap into several areas of your life. It’s a different way of meditating that’s refreshing. 
The area of my life I noticed the most is me! How I see people. And the vision I have for my future.
The 3 takeaways are be open.l, receive compassion for yourself and try something new. 
The biggest positive change I have noticed in my life is forgiveness. Since I listened to the forgiveness phase it has allowed me to forgive people/ I actually was able to communicate with one person true feelings of joy for what they were experiencing in their life! I was able to let her know I was excited for her because this was major in her life. 
I am grateful for this program and definitely will be ordering the book.
