Last night before going to bed my 8 year old daughter and I listened to the meditation. It was quite cute afterwards when I asked her what her perfect day looked liked. She talked about doing homework, and reading. LOL! Then I asked her "what about spending the day at a place like Disneyland?" I believe with visualization we can manifest our desires quickly.
