Before this program, I used to do headspace but I left it back in 10th grade.
Well the main thing I'm here for is This was like my 2nd week of the 6phase and a miraculous thing happened In The forgiveness phase( which was 'underrated by me') But i did it by playing full out (hi jim XD) AND ! I engaged in a fight with my close friend during my boards and In the 6 phase i deeply forgave my friend
A day after ,I SAW HIM CONSECUTIVELY for 2-3 days n we had pretty good communication and that's my motivation for now doing it every day!
