The 6 Phase Meditation

I recently overcame a significantly traumatic and stressful life which had lead to burnout and breakdown. My transformation is nothing short of incredible. 
I radically changed my life from couch potato to fitness queen. I no longer allow garbage in my mind, my body or my spirit. My healing journey incorporated many different modalities but what I learned the most was that you truly need to embrace your authentic self and honour it through boundaries and living with intention and purpose. My passion is helping others overcome trauma or mental distress/dis-ease as I have. My purpose is to establish a trauma treatment centre for children and teens. 

This meditation came to me, as did Mindvalley and others who share similar stories or life goals and values, after my recovery. I absolutely love this meditation. Several sessions have brought me to tears whether through the forgiveness stage or the bliss it generates along the way. 
One, in particular, brought me to tears when I chose myself as the person I love and I was filled with such pure love for myself which I spread across the world. I have navigated portions of this meditation into life - I witnessed an individual who was potentially high and acting weird on my walk one evening. I thought to myself that regardless what was happening, he more than likely did not have an amazing life to be in that situation. I filled myself with compassion and I sent it out to him.
