Since I recently set up my quest all access on 13 July, it has been really insightful. My first complete Quest was, The 6 Phase Meditation course and it was amazing. It really made me work on strengthening my compassion, gratitude, love and forgiveness. Made me face myself and face resentments I had been holding onto and what I was holding onto. Made me realize I need to have more gratitude for myself, on a healthy level to self actualize my journey of how far I have come. So far enrolling in Quest All Access over the last couple week has been so rewarding and I can only imagine what else I will feel as I go along.
