"I've made Six Phase Meditation part of my daily routine"

I've never had much success with meditation, the kind of meditation that requires you to breath and empty your mind, but a dear friend told me about Mindvalley, Vishen Lakhiani and the wonderful array of quests and coaches available. She urged me to try out a few free masterclasses which sparked my interest to explore further. I was (and to an extent still am) in a state of flux. Changes in my career and my personal life left me out of balance and off-center, so she recommended The 6 Phase Meditation. "It's not what you think." She was right. 
By focusing on the six phases I am finding my center and balance by focusing on my vision, the good in my life and forgiving (letting go) of the bad. 

My life is still in flux, but now I have the tools to deal with it and find the footing I need to go boldly go forward. 

I've made Six Phase Meditation part of my daily routine and joined other quests, looking to improve my life and realize my future vision with confidence. 
My sincerest appreciation to Rumyana and Mindvalley for this opportunity and the support, tools and knowledge to realize it.
