"I really needed to forgive myself"

I started on the 6 Phase Meditation today, and though there were options to continue each day over a span of 6 days, I chose to commit time and complete it all today. It was an extraordinary experience learning to use our 6 senses to feel the different side of me. I really enjoyed the forgiveness phase, as it made me realized that the person I really needed to forgive was myself, which I was avoiding for so long over all these years. 
Learning to forgive myself really set peace in my mind and help me to let go of something that was hanging on my chest and was creating a prison in my mind and raising feeling of guilt and hanger over other people, but it was really myself who created my past experiences. After being able to forgive myself, the next phase of visualizing was really powerful as well, it lead me to realized that when we visualize our End Goals or specific achievement either for the next day, in 1 year time or in 3 years time our minds pick up these signals and programs what we needed to do to actually bring this visualization to reality. 
This just shows how powerful this human mind we naturally are born with, which more than 50% of the earth's population live their lives on this earth without fully utilizing every task these unique and magnificent creation can transform our lives when we experience its full potential.
