Before I had bad feelings for people whom I think did wrong to me. I started forgiving them. I can feel more compassion. I never had a vision of my life, now I do. I am able to schedule my day better. Feeling happy from inside every moment. I feel younger. I am 48, feel much much younger Sleeping better.
