The 6 Phase Meditation

Not too long ago when I started meditating, I used several different medication practices which sometimes worked and sometimes didn’t. However, after I stumbled upon Vishen’s 6-phase meditation and now I am in love with this meditation. 

I love how it touches upon every aspect of ‘being’ on daily basis and sets my intentions for the day. I am a sucker for efficiency and in love with how Vishen understands the value for time and has demystified this myth of long hours of meditation. 

This practice calms the overwhelm around medication and efficiently practice the simple steps to achieving. I have become much more accepting of myself, feel a lot better in own skin, which has a tremendously positive effect on people around me. Keep up the great work Vishen and keep inspiring us! @lifesimplified.qa
