Around 3 years ago I experienced what could be described as a 'meltdown', I took myself to the doctor who signed me off work with stress. I won't share the detail as to why, but I was anxious, questioned my decision making and who I was - I was deeply unhappy and trying desperately to reinvent myself. I left my job, found a new one quickly and since then have sought out tools to help me regain my confidence. Initially, all I wanted was to not feel the anxiety and during a period of 2.5 years, through meditation, visualization and focusing on improving sleep, balance, diet etc., I feel myself again. I came across Vishen's 6 phase meditation which was a big part of changing my mindset and learned that I could reach higher than 'just being myself again'. I'm invested in continuing this journey - I have high hopes on starting this program and excited to get started!
