The 6 Phase Meditation

"I feel I have more desire to accomplish things than I did before I started this quest . I am grateful"

Before I started this quest I randomly did meditation. I found that the more consistent I get with it the better my life looks in the outside and the inside feels better because of it . I have taken the Silva method so this was not something new to me except for how it was arranged in a way that covered a variety of aspects of life in a short period of time . Gratitude is always a force to move us forward and to remind us of what we have . The more things and experiences we are grateful for the more life gives us to be grateful for . And with daily practice this becomes a habit that propels the mind to be free of the negative thoughts we might otherwise conjure up throughout the day . Self love , loving others , forgiveness, gratitude and creating in our minds how we desire things to be rather then letting them sneak up on us at will we are then able to design a future that we actually desire by taking these courageous steps forward and implementing them in our lives . I feel I have more desire to accomplish things than I did before I started this quest . I am grateful ! I am grateful for the designer of this program . I am grateful for being able to take this program . I am grateful for the support I鈥檝e had during this program and I would recommend it to everyone who would like to see positive change in their life .

Jackie Reber I have made a decision as well to make a name change for numerology purposes to create even more of what I desire because of taking this quest . I thought about it years ago and one of the Mindvalley students has brought it to my attention again so I am making it happen !
