After taking this Quest (actually after taking Be Extraordinary) I feel like a superman. Seriously, like a superman. I wake up very early, do exercise, program my day, everything is positive, so on. I don't remember any day with stress or anxiety. My relationship with the people around me has improved 100x. At work, I feel that I don't even have to work; things just progress fine. Everyone is enjoying working with me, so am I.
The reason I enrolled in this Quest was that after I finished Be Extraordinary, I wanted to make sure I complete this quest too so that I don't miss any important details about the 6-phase. What I was hoping to achieve/learn was to become a better version of me. In fact, my growth has been exponential. I feel like a superman.
Reasons why I recommend this Quest is the same reason above. I believed that these quests will help me, and they did. My friends are shocked. I also have started coaching a few of my friends who had depression and anxiety in their lives.
Areas of my life in which I’ve noticed the biggest changes in my life are work, life, social, communication, fitness & health.
My top 3 takeaways or insights during/after finishing this Quest are
1. Compassion helps you undertand the world better (even better than Chemistry. I am a Chemistry major).
2. I have become more resiliant to anything. IOW, unfuckwithable!!!
3. Consistency is the key. Do it everyday and you will see the change. Vishen is right saying that after sometime the mediation state will start feelign right. I was thinking I cannot focus anymore, but now I understand what's going on. Sometimes, I use visualization (in addition to the morning routine) just before doing anything critical. It reduces anxiety.
The biggest positive change(s) I’ve noticed are happiness improved, sleep improved, communication/relationship improved. I have started believing to my intuition.
