I signed up for this class because I noticed that I was not retaining information as well as I used to. 
There were so many great tips during this course. 
The tips on nutrition, focus and clean environment helped me put more thought into my daily routines. 
Energize yourself with brain exercises has been fabulous at helping me recharge during my workday. The name tip of writing the name on the person’s forehead has been the tip I use most. I plan to review and keep practicing the lessons. 
Definitely work my time and investment!
