"I have run Jim's Videoes many times and each time I am adding something new in my knowledge."

I was reading books without taking notes. In less than a week, I forget what was the main idea. Now, I have started taking notes with the objective of creating and co-creating. It is an exciting way of learning. In my first week, I have realised H3 (Head, Heart and Hand) are necessary to build a robust memory regime. I was also working without MOM that means motivation was dried down before completing a task, and prefer to speak without listening. Now, I am practising these tools. I hope this will help me a lot. I have run Jim's Videoes many times and each time I am adding something new in my knowledge.
