"Jim's Superbrain is helping me a lot already and we are only at day 4"

I lived in Thailand for 14 years and couldn't understand the Thai alphabet or language. Added to this, I taught English in the French school in Bangkok. Although I improved my understanding of French over the years, I could not following everything. This resulted in me creating a bubble around myself in which I dealt only with essentials I needed to know and was definitely not very present for most of the time! What a crazy way I lived was what I realized when I returned to South Africa in 2017. I am more present now that I can understand family and friends but till retreat to my bubble at times without realizing it. I started my own Thai cooking school here in Pretoria and meet great people in the process but I find people's names and the recipes hard to remember. Jim's Superbrain is helping me a lot already and we are only at day 4. Wonderful!
